This unit has a 24" diameter x 60" long main cooking chamber with a 24" x 40" upright warmer/ smoke chamber! Cooking for crowds of up to 200 people will not be a problem with this model. The main chamber has two racks per side and the upright has an additional 4 cooking racks. The offset insulated firebox provides excellent temperature regulation and low fuel consumption with charcoal and/or hardwood. All racks slide out easily. This unit is available as shown on a walk-on trailer, mounted on its own axle, on caster wheels, or on a flat stand. Trailers include DOT approved lighting standard. All of our smokers include stainless steel temperature gauges.
